With this, clients are able to do the following:

    • browse and download important ZPR documents related to research projects
    • download databases and ZPR proprietary software updates
    • use a Web User Interface to run query on ZPR's numerous research databases
    • browse through ZPR's proprietary research tools
The Client Portal can be regarded as a backoffice tool to help our clients communicate with ZPR Research team...



Model+Variable Browser

The purpose of the Model browser is to navigate through our proprietary ICX Model scores and ranks (ICX base and ICX+IE scores). The user can use various filters to display relevant information like company fundamentals, EPS, and Dividends history. We have also included our efficient equilibrium pricing system from our GRAPES Stock Price Theory to help identify maximum potential gains.

The purpose of the Variable browser is to navigate through our ICX 3000 Database historically (back to 1986Q1) and see how variable scores and ranks of selected portfolios have changed quarter after quarter.



EQTP Browser

The purpose of the EQTP browser is to navigate through our proprietary EQTP Model scores and ranks (Accruals Ratio Reverse, Cash Flow Ratio, Reported Profitability, True Profitability, and Cash Flow/Marketcap) to identify the "true value" of companies.

Because computation of EQTP group of variables is complex with various special situations and N/A handling rules, step-by-step computations for each company are provided so that the user can see how the score was obtained.




IE Browser

The purpose of the IE browser is to navigate through our proprietary IE Model scores and ranks which identifies current and historical company events and how they affect company performance for the current quarter.

This is our most advanced browser for Portfolio Managers and it covers
all 17 of our Integrated Effects. It provides current model adjustments and also anticipated adjustments for the next quarter so that portfolio managers can steer their investment decisions ahead of the new season.



MOCON & SUPERMO Browser

MOCON & SuperMo browser allows the user to navigate through our proprietary MOCON Model scores and ranks, including step-by-step computations of MOCON scores for each company, so that the user can see how the score was obtained. The calculation details of our Prime EREV and QSUR Prime models are also provided.



GRAPES Browser

Using the GRAPES browser the user can find the "fair value" of all companies in ICX3000 database as calculated using our proprietary GRAPES Theory of Stock Prices that establishes the link between earnings, stock prices, and asset values. Max Zavanelli developed the Growth Rate Arbitrage Price Equilibrium System (GRAPES) theory of stock prices in 1986 and it has been used since then with great success.



REIT Browser

Using REIT browser you can navigate through the REIT Database historically and see how variable scores and ranks of selected portfolios have changed quarter after quarter.

(1) Browse by Date

From the list of securities in a given portfolio, you can view full company description, details on company data items, score and ranks of variables and models, and navigate from security to security within a same quarterly portfolio or navigate through multiple quarters for the same security.

(2) Browse by Variables

With this interface you can browse each variable and select the list of securities for top ranks or bottom ranks portfolios. The index page shows how many individual securities each top ranks and bottom ranks portfolio have and the average quarterly HPR for the top ranks and bottom ranks portfolios.

From the list of securities in the top ranks or bottom ranks portfolio, you can view full company description, details on company data items, score and ranks of variables and models.



HARIS (REITS)

HARIS is an analytical program which allows a high level universe analysis and portfolio computation.

Every portfolio manager can use the projections of future performance contained in the HARIS system. The Portfolio manager only needs to establish a time pattern of selected returns of a selected model, select an Index to compare his model returns to, and select his analysis complexity.

A manager can also create any model by himself and modify existing models to see if his ideas would have had worked historically or maybe he can improve the current models or systems.
HARIS is available on the REIT Database only. HARIS is not part of the REIT subscription package.
